Refund & Return Policy.

We stand behind our work. Because most of what we sell is custom labor and digital tuning that can’t be returned once delivered, please read this policy carefully before you purchase.

Booked online? You have 48 hours. Any service you book and pay for through this website can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Inside that 48-hour window the payment is non-refundable — but you can reschedule to another date at no charge. We don’t charge reschedule fees. Once work has begun or a tune has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
Tunes are final. Once a tune file or calibration has been delivered, flashed, or installed, it cannot be returned and is non-refundable. There is no way to “give back” software once it’s on your vehicle.

1. Tunes & Digital Calibration Files

All sales of tune files, flash tunes, and calibrations are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered, flashed, or installed on your vehicle. If you have not yet received or had your tune flashed, contact us at sales@carma-performance.com and we will work with you.

2. Custom & Dyno Tuning Services

Custom tuning and dyno time are labor-based services. Once work has begun, the time and labor are non-refundable. If your vehicle’s mechanical condition prevents us from safely completing a tune, we will stop work and discuss next steps; charges for time already spent still apply.

3. Dyno Sessions

Dyno sessions reserve dedicated time and equipment. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund. Inside 48 hours the session is non-refundable, but you can reschedule to another available slot at no charge.

4. Engine Builds, Fabrication & Custom Work

Engine builds, fabrication, and custom projects require us to reserve schedule and order parts in advance. Deposits on this work are non-refundable, as they cover parts ordering and reserved shop time. Special-order and custom-fabricated parts cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered or made. Larger projects may be billed in stages as work progresses.

5. Physical Parts

Parts that are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, and you are responsible for return shipping. The following are not returnable: special-order parts, electrical components, and any part that has been installed or used. Defective parts are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will help you process a claim.

6. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Inside 48 hours your payment is non-refundable, but you can reschedule to another available slot at no charge — we don’t charge reschedule fees. No-shows without notice forfeit the payment.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or we make an error on your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right — by repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

8. How to Request a Refund or Return

Email sales@carma-performance.com or call (615) 730-8654 with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, or after services have been rendered or tunes delivered, may be treated as a disputed debt and may affect your ability to do business with us in the future.
