A supercharged HEMI that gained close to 200 horsepower on 93 octane — pulley, heat exchanger, headers and injectors, plus a misdiagnosed throttle problem finally solved.

How it came together.
This car came in with a major throttle issue that had already been chased elsewhere. The cause turned out to be a faulty aftermarket throttle body — found quickly, because diagnosis is its own skill and guessing gets expensive.
With the car actually running correctly, the power work made sense. A 2.85 upper pulley to raise boost, an oversized heat exchanger so that boost stays cool enough to be usable, long-tube headers to let it breathe out, and 1050 cc injectors to feed it.
That combination is deliberately balanced. Pulleying a supercharged HEMI without addressing heat or fuel is how people end up with a car that makes a great number for one pull and then pulls timing every time after.
The result was close to a 200 horsepower gain on 93 octane, before touching E85 at all.
They are extremely professional, and really good at what they do. I was having major throttle issues, and they quickly found out it was a faulty aftermarket throttle body. They increased my horsepower by almost 200 on 93 octane with an oversized heat exchanger, 2.85 supercharger pulley, LT headers, and 1050 injectors. I can't wait to take my car back to them for an E85 tune.
