Flow-documented porting

More air, every cylinder.

CNC porting reshapes the intake and exhaust ports to move more air — power everywhere, not just peak. We cut every head on our in-house machine, flow-bench the result, and hand you the numbers in writing. Repeatable, documented, dyno-backed since 2011.

Common questions.

What porting does, what it costs, and how the process works.

What does CNC head porting actually do?

CNC porting reshapes the intake and exhaust ports to move more air through the cylinder head — which means more power across the whole curve, not just peak. We cut every head on our in-house CNC machine and flow-bench the result so the gain is measured, not guessed.

How much power will porting add?

It depends on the platform and your supporting mods. Porting is a force multiplier — the biggest gains come when it's paired with cams, intake, headers, and a tune. Every set ships with a documented stock-vs-ported flow sheet so the improvement is on paper before it's on the dyno.

Is pricing per head or per pair?

CNC porting is priced per pair — heads are cut and matched as a set, starting at $1,200. Stainless valve upgrades are optional and shown when you book.

Do I need a tune after porting?

Yes. To actually use the extra airflow you'll want the car recalibrated. CNC porting plus a dyno tune is the combination that puts the gains to the wheels — we handle both in-house.

Can I ship my heads in, or do you need the car?

Either. Ship us the heads, or drop the car off and we'll handle removal and install on appointment. Final scope is confirmed by our machinist, and every set ships back with its own measured flow sheet.

Which platforms do you port?

LS, LT, Coyote, HEMI, and Viper are our off-the-shelf lines, with documented flow numbers. We also port other platforms, race heads, and one-offs by quote — call us.
