An engine swap is easy to start and hard to finish. The engine drops in; the wiring, fuel, cooling, and calibration are where most swaps stall in a driveway for two years. We do the whole thing — mount it, wire it, plumb it, and dyno-tune it — so the car leaves running right, not running eventually.

LS & LT swaps
The most-proven swap on earth, and our home turf. Into muscle cars, trucks, imports, or one-offs — with the wiring and tune done right, not zip-tied and hoped.
Coyote swaps
Ford 5.0 four-valve power into whatever deserves it — control-pack or standalone, plumbed and calibrated to run like it came that way.
Hemi swaps
5.7, 6.4, or supercharged Hellcat power dropped into a new home, with the PCM unlock and tune handled in-house.
Standalone & wiring
The part that stalls most swaps. Haltech and other standalone systems wired, configured, and tuned so the swap actually drives.
The swap is the easy part.
Anybody can hang an engine on mounts. The reason swaps sit unfinished is everything after: the harness that doesn't plug in, the fuel system that can't feed it, the cooling that wasn't sized for it, and the calibration nobody could finish. We handle all of it in one shop — and because we tune and build engines here, the swap gets calibrated by the same people who wired it. Locked Dodge or GM computer in the mix? The ECU unlock happens in-house too.

What engine swaps do you do?
LS and LT swaps are our core — the most-proven swap platform there is — plus Coyote and Hemi swaps, including supercharged Hellcat power. Other combinations are quoted case by case; if it is ambitious, we are interested.
Do you handle the wiring and standalone, or just the mechanical part?
All of it. Wiring is where most swaps die — we configure control-pack or standalone systems (Haltech and others), get the electronics talking, and tune the result. A swap that will not run right is not finished, and we do not leave them that way.
Will you tune the car after the swap?
Always — on our in-house dyno. A swap that is not calibrated for its new combination runs poorly and unsafely. We finish every swap with a proper tune, which is the whole advantage of doing the swap where the dyno is.
Can you source the engine, or do I bring one?
Either works. Bring a long-block or a plan and we will build around it, or we will help you spec and source the right engine for the goal and the chassis. We would rather steer you to the right combination than swap the wrong one.
How long does an engine swap take?
It depends entirely on the combination, parts availability, and how much fabrication and wiring the chassis needs — which is exactly why we scope it up front instead of guessing. You get a real timeline at quote, and updates as it moves.
Do you do the fabrication a swap needs too?
