A stock 2017 C7 Corvette that became a 705 WHP supercharged street car — one stage at a time, over about three years, with a dyno run behind every step.
What went into it.
How it came together.
This one started the way a lot of the best builds do — a stock car and an owner who wanted to do it properly rather than all at once. The C7 came in bone stock and left, three years later, making 705 wheel horsepower.
The order mattered. An A+A supercharger kit went on first, with a dyno run to confirm the gain before anything else changed. Long-tube headers followed, as much for the sound the owner wanted as for the power. Then a camshaft chosen deliberately on the mild side of aggressive, so the car still behaved at a stoplight while adding real power.
From there an E85 conversion, which burns clean and lets a supercharged LT1 make meaningfully more power on fuel you can actually buy. The last step was milling the cylinder heads to move more air through the motor — the same head work we run on our CNC for every LT-platform engine.
Every stage was dyno-verified before the next one started. That is the difference between a car that makes a number and a car that makes a number and still drives.
My 2017 C7 corvette was stock when I found Carma Performance... My build was over about a three year period. I started with adding an A+A supercharger kit. Everything turned out great with a nice HP increase after the dyno run. Next was headers to get the sound I wanted and more HP per Erin's recommendations. Next was a cam, not super aggressive but really sounds cool and nice HP gain again... Then on to an E-85 conversion. Burns clean and makes good power. Finally I had the heads milled by Erin to help get more air thru the motor. Last Dyno run made 705 WHP.
