Mercedes-AMG E63 tune. Nashville.
The M177 in the E63 / E63 S is the same engine family as the C63 but with bigger turbos and AWD. Stage 1 alone unlocks 130+ wheel hp on stock turbos. E63 S + Stage 2 + flex fuel + AWD = one of the fastest sedans on the road.
Every Carma tune includes.
Real prices, no dyno-number runaround. Here's what comes with every flash — at no extra charge.
What we do for the e63.
Stage 1 unlocks the M177's safe envelope. The E63 platform has more turbo headroom than the C63, so Stage 2 returns are dramatic. We've tuned E63 S customers running well past 850 wheel hp on bolt-on mods + flex fuel.
Same M177 family as the C63, but with larger turbos and 4Matic+ AWD putting the result to the ground — which is why tuned E63s trap numbers that embarrass exotics. The AWD system's torque split and drift-mode logic stay fully intact on our maps; what changes is how hard the engine leans on its hardware. The 9-speed MCT gets clamp and shift-speed calibration to match.

Mods we pair with this tune.
E63 builds are about feeding the bigger turbos and keeping the drivetrain temperature-happy:
- Downpipes — frees the exhaust side of the bigger turbos — the foundational bolt-on.
- Heat exchanger upgrade — a 4,500 lb AWD sedan making 700+ needs the charge-cooling headroom.
- E85 blend / flex fueling — ethanol is where the E63 S shows its real ceiling.
- TCU calibration — launch and shift clamp matched to the new torque — never skipped on our builds.
- Meth injection — track-day consistency insurance for repeat pulls in the heat.
No dyno-number games, no hard sell. Drive it, and if the tune isn't for you, we revert to stock at no charge. That's how confident we are in the map.
Common questions.
E63 vs E63 S — what's the tune difference?
Different ECU calibrations and turbo sizes. The S model has more turbo headroom and responds more aggressively to a tune.
Will the AWD system handle 800+ wheel hp?
Yes — AMG 4MATIC handles the power. The transfer case is robust.
Is the W212 (older E63) tunable too?
Yes — we tune the M157 5.5 SC platform in the W212 E63 separately. Different engine, same playbook.
How long does the appointment take?
Stage 1: 2–3 hours. Stage 2 with mods to install: full day.
Is launch control safe to use after the tune?
Yes — we keep launch RPM and torque ramp inside what the driveline tolerates at the new power level. Launch all day; the map is built assuming you will.
Do my drive modes still work?
All of them — Comfort, Sport, Sport+, Race, drift mode. The tune changes what the engine delivers at full throttle, not how the car behaves day to day.
Does the wagon get the same tune?
Same engine, same drivetrain, same map — the E63 S wagon is the same calibration path with more cargo room. We tune both.
