The 2.5 TFSI is an iron-block, five-cylinder anomaly in a four-cylinder world — over-built from the factory and carrying one of the best soundtracks in the segment. The DQ500 DSG is equally stout, which is why stock-hardware RS3s take triple-digit gains reliably. Our maps pair engine and DSG calibration so launches and shifts scale with the new torque.

Will Audi detect the tune?
Audi logs some boost events but most aren't reviewed during typical dealer visits. We offer free stock-revert before any planned visit.
Stock turbo limit?
Stock K04 is good to ~500 wheel hp on Stage 2 + supporting mods. Past that, hybrid turbo (e.g. TTE625) is the next step.
Does the DSG transmission hold up?
Stock DQ250 is good to about 500 wheel hp. Past that, TCM tune or built clutch packs are the path.
How long does the appointment take?
Stage 1: 2–3 hours. Stage 2 with mods to install: half-day to full day.
Can I run E85 in the RS3?
Blends around E30 work on the stock high-pressure fuel system and wake the engine up noticeably. Past that, fueling upgrades come first — we scope it before you spend.
Is the TT RS the same tune?
Same 2.5 TFSI, same DSG, same calibration path — the TT RS follows this exact playbook in a smaller body. We tune both.
What does the hybrid-turbo path look like?
