F-150 Raptor tune. Nashville.
The 3.5T EcoBoost in the Raptor responds aggressively to a tune. Stage 1 alone is good for 50–70 wheel hp on stock fuel system and 93 octane. Stage 2 with intercooler + downpipes pushes past 580. We've tuned Raptors hitting 700+ on built turbos.
Every Carma tune includes.
Real prices, no dyno-number runaround. Here's what comes with every flash — at no extra charge.
What we do for the f-150 raptor.
Stage 1 unlocks boost, timing, and fueling across the RPM band. The platform is fuel-system limited above Stage 2 — that's the upgrade conversation. We've mapped Raptors from stock daily drivers to twin-turbo race builds.
The Raptor's high-output 3.5 EcoBoost is a twin-turbo truck engine wearing desert-race cooling — and Ford calibrated it soft to survive every duty cycle from towing to dunes. Stage 1 recovers that margin with tow-safe logic intact. Like its supercharged rival the Ram TRX, the real-world work is heat, tires, and gearing: 35s/37s recalibration rides along in the same flash, and the 10R80 gets shift calibration for the truck's weight.

Mods we pair with this tune.
Raptor mods target a twin-turbo truck's real constraints:
- Intercooler upgrade — the stock unit soaks under boost + payload; first mod we recommend.
- Downpipes / exhaust — frees the twin turbos; mapped with Stage 2.
- E85 blend fueling — ethanol spark on the EcoBoost — big gains, scoped to fueling.
- 37" tire recalibration — speedo, shift points, ABS math corrected in the same flash.
- 10R80 calibration — tow-aware shift strategy that still hits hard unloaded.
No dyno-number games, no hard sell. Drive it, and if the tune isn't for you, we revert to stock at no charge. That's how confident we are in the map.
Common questions.
Can the stock transmission handle more power?
The 10R80 transmission handles 600+ wheel hp on the stock torque converter with a tune. Past that, TCM tune + upgraded converter is the path.
Do I need fuel system upgrades for Stage 2?
Stock pump + injectors are good to about 550 wheel hp on 93. Past that, port-injection or a methanol kit is the next step.
Will the dealer detect the tune?
Ford logs some tune events. We offer free stock-revert before any planned dealer visit.
How long does the Raptor appointment take?
Stage 1: 2–3 hours. Stage 2 with mods to install: full day.
I run 35s or 37s — is that handled?
Yes — tire-size recalibration is part of the same flash: speedometer, odometer, shift scheduling, and traction math all corrected. Most-requested Raptor add-on we do.
Can I still tow on the tune?
Absolutely — tow/haul logic stays intact and we add temperature safeguards, so the truck protects itself sooner than stock while making more power everywhere else.
Do you tune the Raptor R?
Yes — but that’s the supercharged 5.2 Predator, a different animal with its own path (it shares DNA with the GT500). Scoped per build; call us.
