Corvette C8 Z06 tune. Nashville.
The LT6 5.5 flat-plane V8 is one of the most extraordinary engines GM has ever produced. Tuning a halo platform like the Z06 is a conversation, not a checkbox — every Z06 we tune is custom-mapped on our dyno with the customer present. Pricing is by quote.

The Corvette C8 Z06 isn't an off-the-shelf flash. Every one is quoted and mapped on our dyno around your goals and your fuel.
What we do for the c8 z06.
The LT6 is naturally aspirated, high-revving, flat-plane — a clean-sheet V8. Stage 1 maps on this platform are still being refined across the industry. We custom-tune every Z06 on our dyno from the customer's specific fuel + supporting mod combination. No off-the-shelf flash, no shortcuts.
Straight talk on the C8 Z06: GM's E99 controller is the most locked-down ECU the company has ever shipped, and calibration access on this platform is still maturing across the whole industry. That's why we don't sell an off-the-shelf Z06 "Stage 1" — we scope each car against what's genuinely unlockable on your model year, and we'll tell you plainly what's worth doing today versus waiting on. Bolt-ons still work: the LT6 is naturally aspirated, so airflow in and out is real power.

Mods we pair with this tune.
With a naturally aspirated flat-plane V8, the honest gains are airflow and weight — paired with calibration where the platform allows it.
- Full exhaust / headers — the LT6’s 8,600-rpm pull deserves an open exhaust — the biggest bolt-on gain available.
- High-flow intake — measurable at the top of the tach, where the flat-plane lives.
- E85 / race-fuel blends — scoped per build, where calibration access permits.
- Weight + rubber — a halo car’s cheapest horsepower. We’ll spec it with a straight face.
- Baseline dyno + data — every Z06 project starts with a baseline pull, so gains are measured — not brochure numbers.
Common questions.
Is there an off-the-shelf flash for the Z06?
Multiple vendors offer OTS files. We don't sell or install OTS on the Z06 — every halo platform we tune is custom on our dyno. The platform is too new and too valuable to flash a generic file.
How much power can the LT6 make?
On stock fuel + IC the LT6 is limited by the intake manifold geometry. Real numbers come from headers + custom map. We'll scope the full path on the call.
Does tuning affect the 8K RPM redline?
We respect the factory rev limit on initial tunes. Aggressive builds with valvetrain upgrades can extend it, but that's a separate conversation.
How long does the Z06 appointment take?
Full day minimum. Built-motor / forced-induction conversions are multi-day projects, scoped ahead.
Can the C8 Z06 actually be tuned right now?
Partially — and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. E99 calibration access is limited and evolving. We scope what’s currently possible on your model year, and we don’t charge for promises.
What gains are realistic on a naturally aspirated LT6?
Bolt-ons — exhaust, intake — plus available calibration typically land in the 20–40 wheel hp range. Modest next to a blower car, meaningful on a car this focused. The soundtrack improvement is free.
Should I just wait to tune it?
Fair question. If you want bolt-ons and a baseline now, that work carries forward. If your goal is deep calibration, call and we’ll tell you exactly where platform access stands — no deposit games.
